It may sometimes be necessary to change the ownership of your property, for example, adding or removing someone to or from the title deeds. This may be following a separation, divorce, or in the case of cohabitation. To do this you will need to enter into a transfer of equity, our team will advise you and prepare the transfer of equity for you.
