It may sometimes be necessary to change the ownership of your property, for example, adding or removing someone to or from the title deeds. To do this you will need to enter into a transfer of equity, our team will advise you and prepare the transfer of equity for you.

What our clients say about our Residential Property Service

Extremely knowledgeable, responsive and professional support with a tenant eviction process. Great communication throughout, clear pricing structure, and a successful outcome. Highly recommend.

    Beverley

Best conveyancing solicitors we've ever used! Amanda and her colleagues Steph and Sarah have been brilliant throughout the whole process. From rapidly responding to enquiries, chasing the solicitors of our buyer and seller, and answering questions when we've had them, nothing has been too much trouble. When it came to exchanging and completing, Amanda made herself available on both days for regular updates and phone calls with ourselves, which is not something we have always experienced with conveyancing solicitors.

    Mr A

Excellent legal advice given in a timely manner. Proactive, supportive and removed stress and worry at a difficult time. Thank You.

    Jane

Recently worked with Ella for conveyancing and she was fantastic. Thank you Ella.

    Steve

What a truly fantastic company to deal with. Butcher & Barlow have been amazing from start to finish. Kimberley was our Solicitor who was super professional and Laura, with her constant updates, was a breath of fresh air!

    Adam

Hassle Free Conveyancing. Butcher & Barlow dealt with the legalities regarding the sale of my old house and purchase of my new home. It was quite a convoluted affair involving banks and receivers. We got there in the end. Butcher & Barlow and Mathew, in particular, from the Bramhall office, deserve much praise. The service I received was reasonably priced and thoroughly professional, a straight 10/10 from me.

    M Lester

Matthew was amazing! We found Matthew at Butcher & Barlow to be professional and a clear communicator. I had very little knowledge of what we needed to sort out and Matthew made sure I understood everything. Emails were responded to promptly and Matthew went above and beyond to sort out our move. Should we be moving in the future, we will be seeking him out again!

    Holly and Dave

First time in using Butcher & Barlow Solicitors. We had Catherine Landale and couldn't fault the service we received. Nothing was too much trouble , all queries were answered quickly and was kept informed all the way through. Would recommend and use them again.

    Diane

Amanda was great in dealing with the purchase of our freehold. She gave valuable advice and was incredibly approachable in the process. She was also exceptional at keeping us updated and her communications were so proactive. Thank you so much for the help along the way.

Fantastic, brilliant. Philip and Trish helped us through quite a stressful process given our buyer had chosen an online Conveyancer that made everything difficult throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend these guys without hesitation and if the need ever arises, we would use again.
