Sometimes solicitors language is difficult to understand. Helen helped us understand all the options and additional important things to consider whilst explaining simply. Ella oversaw the sale of my mum's property and was always very helpful and supportive throughout. In the early stages of the sale there were some issues with the leasehold which took a lot of sorting with the land registry, and we felt that we did have to do quite a bit of chasing on this with the solicitor assigned to this case, but Ella bridged the gap for us and kept us updated on a regular basis. The service we received from Ella was excellent.
