I am an Associate Solicitor based in the Sandbach Office, specialising in Residential Conveyancing.
I graduated from The University of Brighton in 2008 with a LLB (Hons) Degree in Law with Business. I then then went on to complete my Legal Practice Course (LPC) at The College of Law, Chester.
I have over 10 years’ experience in this area of Law and joined Butcher & Barlow in May 2023 having previously worked at firms within Cheshire. I have gained a wealth of experience so far and in my last position I was Head of the Property Department leading a team of Conveyancers.
I pride myself on providing excellent client care and a quality service so that clients can achieve their property aspirations with as little stress as possible. I am approachable, friendly, and professional. These are the main reasons I have many repeat clients and personal recommendations.
I undertake a broad aspect of residential conveyancing work, including:
- Freehold and Leasehold Sale and Purchases
- Shared ownerships
- New build purchases
- Unregistered land
- Right to buys
- Probate sales
- Re-mortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- Acting for Companies on residential matters
- Redemption of Help to Buy Loans
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and running with my local running club.
