Butcher & Barlow welcome Daniel Ralphson to the Dispute Resolution Team

Butcher & Barlow is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Ralphson as an Associate in our Property Dispute Resolution Team. Daniel joins the Firm with nearly two decades of experience in property litigation and will be based at our Gadbrook Park office.

Daniel began his career at Stephensons LLP before moving to DWF in Liverpool, where he spent more than ten years specialising in insurance-funded property litigation. During this time, he developed a strong reputation for managing complex and high-volume caseloads, always with a clear focus on practical outcomes and client service.

He brings a proactive, client-first approach to a Team known for delivering strategic, commercially-minded solutions to property disputes. His appointment further enhances our ability to provide early intervention and practical advice to both individual and commercial clients.

Speaking about his move to Butcher & Barlow, Daniel said:
