I am an Associate at Butcher & Barlow, having joined the Firm in May 2025. I work within the Property Dispute Resolution Team, splitting my time between the dedicated commercial office on Gadbrook Park, Northwich and our Sutton Weaver office.
I’m an experienced Solicitor with a wealth of expertise in property dispute resolution, representing both individuals and companies in a wide range of complex disputes.
I have successfully acted in cases before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and First-tier Tribunal, demonstrating a strong track record in achieving positive outcomes for my clients.
My practice covers all aspects of commercial landlord and tenant disputes, including lease renewals, forfeiture, and dilapidations. I am also highly experienced in matters involving boundaries, adverse possession, easements, breach of covenant, nuisance, trespass, and claims under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA).
I pride myself on providing commercially sound, pragmatic advice with a particular focus on cost-effective solutions tailored to each client’s objectives. I often place particular emphasis on resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution (ADR), especially mediation, helping clients achieve swift and practical outcomes wherever possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking the dog, gardening and trying to grow things on my allotment.
