Welcome to Butcher & Barlow Ryan Melvin

 

We are pleased to welcome solicitor Ryan Melvin to the commercial team at our Gadbrook Park, Northwich office.

Ryan, a corporate and commercial property specialist, joined the Firm in March. His arrival bolsters the already strong commercial offering at our Gadbrook Park office.

Ryan joins from Middletons in Liverpool and brings over 8 years of experience to Butcher & Barlow, having previously worked at City Firms DWF, Weightmans and Clyde and Co whilst training.

Our dedicated commercial office on Gadbrook Park enables Butcher & Barlow to harness the skill and expertise of our Solicitors in one office and provide a focused team that can offer advice and assistance on a full range of commercial matters in a professional, business centered setting.

The Legal 500 ranked commercial teams at Gadbrook Park are led by experienced Partners Jonathan Aldersley (corporate), Zoë Paton-Crockett (commercial property) and Alex Sandland (commercial litigation).  Ryan will be working along side Jonathan and Zoë acting for a broad range of commercial clients both regional and national, including commercial developers, property investors, financial lenders, pension funds and charitable organisations.
