Daniel Woodcock joins Butcher & Barlow

 

We are pleased to announce Daniel Woodcock joins Butcher & Barlow as a Commercial Property Partner.

Daniel, who previously headed the commercial property department at Chafes Hague Lambert Solicitors, has over 16 years’ experience in commercial property and brings a broad range of skills to the Firm.

He has previously acted for a broad range of clients in Cheshire, Lancashire, Manchester and beyond including commercial landlords and tenants, residential and commercial developers, property investors, a broad range of trading companies both big and small, high net worth individuals and banks and other lenders to name a few.

Daniel is a friendly and approachable property lawyer who appears in the prestigious Legal 500, as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ and in the 2019 edition where he is described as ‘first rate’. He has also previously worked at Turner Parkinson, Gorvin’s Solicitors and DLA Piper.

He said: “I’ve long admired Butcher & Barlow’s professional and dynamic approach. The firm delivers city centre expertise, whilst remaining an accessible high street practice. When I was offered the opportunity to join the team, I jumped at the chance. I have seen their work at close hand, and I am looking forward to expanding the team to manage a wider range of commercial property issues.”

Away from work, Daniel enjoys looking after his three young children and has a diverse range of interests including; history, astronomy, fine art, rock music and criminology and he’s a fan of Sherlock Holmes.

Daniel is based at the Firms dedicated commercial and agricultural office on Gadbrook Park, Northwich.  Having a dedicated office enables the Firm to harness the skill and expertise of their Solicitors in one office and provide a focused team that can offer advice and assistance on a full range of commercial and agricultural matters in a professional, business centred setting.
