I am a Family Law Solicitor based at our Frodsham office.
I qualified in 1999 having read Law and Politics at Wolverhampton University. I have been practising Family Law in and around the Cheshire area throughout my career and am a member of the Law Society Advanced Family Law panel.
I represent clients in all areas of private Family Law including medium to high net worth cases and those involving businesses to include family businesses, high value pensions, assets held in other countries and spousal maintenance.
I also represent clients in connection with matters concerning children and have extensive experience in dealing with matters concerning proposed removal from the jurisdiction, cases of alleged parental alienation, as well as cases involving where the child should live and who the child should spend time with.
I have acted for clients in cases where there are questions about the client’s capacity and a litigation friend has to act, where there are requirements for business and pension valuations, where there is a requirement for an injunction to freeze assets from being disposed of, where there is an argument of non matrimonial property which should be disregarded. I have also advised and acted in connection with cohabitation agreements and separation agreements as well as pre nuptial agreements. I have also represented clients in dissolution of civil partnership proceedings.
I represent clients in court myself wherever possible and believe that it continuity of representation assist clients in dealing with difficult decisions at difficult times of their lives.
My approach is both empathetic and honest. I try to put clients at ease at the earliest opportunity and ensure that they fully understand the process and possible outcomes.

Outside of work I enjoy attending the local gym, spending time with family and my dogs.
