I am an Employment Solicitor based at our head office in Bury.
With seven years of dedicated experience within Employment Law, I have honed my skills and expertise to effectively navigate the intricacies of this legal domain. Throughout my career, I have represented and advised small and medium-sized enterprises in pursuing claims at the Employment Tribunal and in Civil courts.
In my previous role, I held the singular responsibility of being the sole Employment Solicitor. This encompassed the comprehensive management of claims on behalf of both Respondents and Claimants. The spectrum of cases I handled ranged from routine matters involving unlawful deductions to more complex issues such as director disputes.
One aspect of my professional journey that I take immense pride in is my involvement in large-scale class action claims, representing thousands of clients. Notable successes include handling cases for employees of entities like Arcadia Topman/Topshop, Flybe, BritishVolt, Misguided, Made.com, Peacocks Store Limited, Tufnell’s Parcel Express Limited, Tolent Consurtcuation and Go-Centric. I have been actively engaged in these cases from their inception to their successful resolution.
I take pride in my meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a practical approach to solving problems. My methodology consistently revolves around prioritising my clients, guided by their objective and executed with the utmost sensitivity.
When I am not in the office I love taking spontaneous trips around the UK but mainly going up to Scotland to see family.
