I am a Solicitor specialising in both residential property and private client work.
I joined the firm in September 2015 as a trainee solicitor and successfully qualified in 2017. Since qualifying, I have built up a good client base and connections in Bramhall where I am now permanently based.
During my time in practice with the firm, I have developed a client-friendly approach to my work and I relish in building up a relationship with my clients from the outset. It is always a pleasure to see the matter resolved successfully in the hope that one day that client will return for another legal issue.
I deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing including;
- Sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties;
- Acting for Companies on residential matters
- Transfers of equity;
- Unregistered land;
- Plot / New build purchases;
- Shared ownerships;
- Freehold reversions;
- Adverse Possession
I also enjoy assisting clients with Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. This includes taking part on behalf of the firm in Charity Wills, namely the Will Aid scheme. It is rewarding to give my time up in the knowledge that the clients and I are supporting leading charities in the country.
Prior to becoming a qualified solicitor, I studied Law at Lancaster University, before then going on to complete my Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Chester.
Outside of work I am kept busy by running a Beaver Scout section and other charity work. I especially enjoy attending live gigs of one of my favourite bands with my friends.
