I am a Partner specialising in Residential, Commercial and Agricultural Property.
I have 15 years’ experience and offer a practical, efficient and client-focused approach to my work.
I began my legal career in December 2006, working as a Residential Property Paralegal. After qualifying, I initially practised as a Litigation Solicitor before returning to my “beloved property work” in 2015, where I have since developed a broad and well-rounded property practice.
I act for a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers to property investors and developers, as well as farming families and landowners.
My specialisms include:
- Residential, Commercial and Agricultural property transactions, including sales, purchases and refinancing.
- Freehold and leasehold matters, including new build, shared ownership and Help to Buy.
- Registered and unregistered land, first registrations and reconstruction of title.
- Agricultural and commercial licences, conditional contracts, option and overage agreements.
- Commercial and agricultural leasing (acting for both landlords and tenants).
- Development and auction property transactions, including SIPP / SASS structures.
- Complex title issues, adverse possession, lease extensions and deeds (including easements and variations).
I pride myself on delivering a professional, practical and efficient service, working collaboratively with my clients to achieve their goals. I go the extra mile wherever possible and am accessible and responsive throughout. My mixed caseload means I have experience across a wide range of property matters keeping me on my toes, which I genuinely enjoy.
In my spare time you can usually find me at the side of a football pitch watching my son and daughter live their best lives. I am also a very loyal Stoke City season ticket holder.
