I am an Associate Solicitor with over ten years’ experience specialising in both Agriculture & Rural Affairs and Commercial Property Departments based at the Firm’s Gadbrook Park and Stoke-on-Trent offices.
I advise clients both locally and those further afield on a variety of matters including:

- Option Agreements, Conditional Contracts and Promotion Agreements
- Commercial property sales and purchases

- Property re-financing
- Management of property portfolios
I work with a wide range of clients from individuals, landowners, developers, landlord and tenants. I aim to achieve the best possible outcome for my clients by taking the time to get to know the client and to understand the details of each transaction. I pride myself on being approachable and on giving pragmatic, practical advice in a way that is easily understood.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and young daughter, enjoying walks in the countryside, looking after my dog and horse and can usually be found curled up somewhere with my head in a book!
