I am a Solicitor working between the Firm’s Sandbach and Gadbrook Park offices in the Agricultural and Commercial Property Departments, having joined the Firm in September 2022.
I advise business and rural clients with specialist advice on a broad spectrum of property matters, including:
- Acquisitions, sales and re-finances of agricultural land, commercial units and development sites;
- First registrations of large agricultural estates;
- Safeguarding sites for future residential development;
- Overage, option and promotion agreements for residential development; and
- Commercial leases of industrial, leisure and retail units.
I graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2021 where I obtained a First Class Degree in Law with Politics. During my Undergraduate Degree I volunteered in the Liverpool Law Clinic, where I worked with an Immigration Solicitor to help a refugee reunite with their family. Following this, I studied at the University of Law, achieving a Distinction in the LPC LLM, including a grade of 90% in my Masters’ Report.
Outside of work, I am an avid Manchester United supporter and I am kept busy by my toddler, James, and chocolate Labrador, Spencer. I also enjoy watching cricket, quiz shows and critically-acclaimed films.
