I am an Associate Solicitor based at the Firm’s Runcorn and Gadbrook Park offices, and I work within the Wills, Tax, Trusts and Estates Department. I joined the Firm in 2018 working from the Gadbrook Park Office and in 2021 I expanded my location across to the Runcorn Office as well. I am enjoying building lasting relationships with clients and local professionals (as well as learning about the local history along the way).
I specialise in the following areas:
- Wills;
- Lasting Powers of Attorney;
- Probate and Estate Administration;
- Trusts;
- Estate and Tax planning;
- Agricultural Law.
Because of my agricultural background, I also work closely with the Agricultural and Rural Affairs Department at our dedicated Agricultural Office at Gadbrook Park. I have a particular focus on farming families and landowners, from small tenanted farms to landed estates, and I am keen to ensure that the best estate planning advice is provided for all generations. I understand the unique challenges that agricultural clients face and take pride in offering clear and practical advice, tailored to their needs.
Alongside my agricultural practice, I have significant experience in dealing with complex and cross-jurisdictional estates, often where international assets require careful and coordinated solutions.
I graduated from University in 2016 where I obtained a 2:1 in History and I then began studying the Graduate Diploma in Law at Nottingham Law School the following year. Afterwards, I advanced onto the Legal Practice Course, whilst also obtaining a Master of Laws. I commenced my Training Contract in September 2019, and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2021. I was then promoted to Associate in 2025.
My interests outside of work involve most rural pursuits (including shooting – where I can blame the inclement weather for being a poor shot) and watching sports; particularly rugby and horse racing. I also enjoy taking my Cocker Spaniel, Maggie, to every corner of the Peak District.
