I am a Partner and Notary Public in the Firm’s Commercial Property Department, advising landlords and property investors across the UK and internationally. I am recognised for providing clear, decisive advice on high-value, time-critical matters, combining strategic judgment with meticulous attention to detail.

I qualified as a Solicitor at Butcher & Barlow in 2014, became a Partner in 2018 and qualified as a Notary in the same year.

My practice focuses on estate management matters, including:

Acquisitions & disposals of commercial property;
Acquisitions & disposals of businesses;
Leases of commercial property;
Portfolio sales and purchases;
Commercial property and portfolio re-finances;
General estates management work, including deed of variation, lease assignments and more.

Clients value my pragmatic approach, strong project management skills and my ability to align legal strategy with commercial objectives.

Within the Firm, I lead the Commercial Property Team at our Sutton Weaver office and am a core member of the wider Commercial Property Team. I mentor Associates and work closely with colleagues across our offices and practice areas to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions.
