I am a Solicitor based at our Frodsham office where I specialise in Residential Conveyancing. I have been based at this office since 2015 having previously worked in our Runcorn office.

Prior to joining Butcher and Barlow I graduated with a degree in English Literature before going on to study the GDL and LPC at the College of Law in Chester. I qualified as a solicitor in March 2013.

I deal with all aspects of conveyancing including;

  • new build purchases;
  • leasehold sales and purchases;
  • shared ownership;
  • help to buy;
  • probate sales;
  • buy to let;
  • relocation;
  • retirement properties;
  • repossessions;
  • freehold reversions;
  • splitting of titles;
  • remortgage; and
  • transfer of equity.

In addition, I have acted for a number of property developers in connection with the successful sale of plots.

I have lived in Frodsham and the surrounding area all of my life so have a great knowledge of the locality. I am mindful of the fact that buying or selling a property can be a stressful experience and I endeavour to make the experience as smooth and straightforward as possible.

In my spare time, I enjoy running and spending time with family and friends.
