I am a Legal Assistant based at the Bramhall office. I specialise in Residential Conveyancing.
I have worked in the legal environment since 1981. I started out as an office junior from leaving school and have progressed over the years to Legal Assistant. I have experience in Probate and Wills but my love is conveyancing.
My skills include:
- On a sale, I issue contract papers, exchange Contracts and progress the matter through to completion.
- On a purchase, I request searches, exchange Contracts and progress the matter through to completion.
I enjoy guiding clients through the biggest sales and purchases of their lives. This can be a stressful but exciting time for clients and I like to help them through the process. I try and take some of the stress away by being contactable and approachable by phone or email to answer any questions or queries clients may have. I believe in communicating with clients in plain English rather than by legal terminology which can be confusing at times.
I have 2 children living at home who, although independent, keep me busy. I enjoy caravanning, walking and spending time with my partner, family and friends. I like going for meals and unwinding with a vodka or 2 at the weekend.
