Butcher & Barlow has opened a new office at Festival Park in Stoke-on-Trent, strengthening our presence across North Staffordshire, North Shropshire and the Staffordshire Moorlands.
The new office gives individuals, families, landowners and businesses in the region greater local access to our legal advice, while allowing them to draw on the experience of teams across the wider Firm.
Our initial focus will be on supporting clients with property, rural, agricultural, private client and corporate matters. Clients will also be able to access the full range of expertise available across Butcher & Barlow where additional support is needed.
Local advice backed by wider expertise
Many of the decisions our clients face do not sit neatly within one area of law.
A property transaction may form part of a wider business plan. The future of a farm may involve land ownership, succession planning, wills and family arrangements. A business owner may need advice about both their commercial interests and their personal estate.
Our Stoke-on-Trent team will work closely with colleagues across the Firm to bring together the right advice for each client’s circumstances.

Led by Partner Kelly Myatt
The Stoke-on-Trent office will be led by Partner Kelly Myatt, who specialises in residential, commercial and agricultural property.
Kelly has extensive experience acting for farming families, landowners, property investors, developers and individuals buying or selling a home. Her understanding of the area and its property and rural communities will be central to the development of the new office.
