COVID-19: Open for business

As lockdown restrictions are lifted and our offices are fully open to the public again we continue to monitor, and follow, the guidance from the Government and Public Health England, undertaking risk assessments and regularly updating our working practices in order to keep our staff, their families and visitors to our offices safe and well.

As of today, it will no longer be a requirement for our staff or any visitors to the office to wear face covering. However, should you prefer to wear a face covering, and your legal adviser to wear a face covering, please state this preference when you enter our office buildings.

We would ask that you continue to use the hand sanitisers which are available as you enter the reception areas.  Our receptions screens will remain in place although we will no longer require anyone entering the buildings to have their temperature checked. We will continue to have windows in meeting rooms and throughout the offices open where possible.

Video conferencing facilities remain available for all clients and contacts who have access to a laptop with a webcam or a smartphone as well as telephone conferencing facilities if you prefer not to have a face to face meeting. It remains important for the safety of our staff and their families that you do not attend the office if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or if anyone in your household has symptoms.

Although we are optimistic that the lifting of the lockdown restrictions is the start of a return to the normal operation of our business, this remains a challenging time for the whole of the UK and we appreciate your ongoing understanding and cooperation. We will continue to update our own internal policies on a regular basis in line with Government advice and shall keep clients and contacts informed as to any changes in our working practices as a result.
