Jonathan was admitted as a solicitor in 2000 and specialises in Company, Commercial Property and Charity work. Jonathan is also a Notary Public. Jonathan works in our Leigh and Sandbach offices.
Jonathan is a keen supporter of local charities, and is the Clerk to the Booth Charities, the Feoffees of Chetham's Hospital and Library and Hulme Trust Estates. Jonathan has acted in a number of large scale Company sales and purchases and has a particular interest in this aspect of Company law. He has acted for a large National Brewer for a number of years in commercial matters.
As a Notary Public Jonathan is able to certify documents for use overseas in a wide variety of commercial transactions.
Jonathan has also been involved with Radcliffe Borough Football Club for the past three years. During his involvement with the Club Jonathan has been involved with the restructuring of the Club and providing legal advice to both the Club and supporters.
