Judith is an Executive specialising in Wills and Probate, and works in our Bury office, having joined the firm in 2003.

Her years of experience in making Wills and dealing with the administration of estates means that she appreciates the importance of making people feel at ease when they come into the office to meet her.  Very often this is a time of great sadness for the family, who want someone to work efficiently and effectively in finalising the estate.  Out of office visits are readily arranged.

Judith also specializes in Powers of Attorney and, particularly, Lasting Powers of Attorney which have become increasingly popular with clients who wish to make proper and sensible provision for the time when they are no longer capable or would not find it easy to make their own decisions and handle their own affairs.
