Alex was admitted as a Solicitor in April 2004 and is a Partner at the Gadbrook Park Commercial Office, specialising in Commercial and Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
Alex obtained an Honours Degree in Business and Finance Law from Brunel University before going on to complete the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Chester.
Alex has a particular interest in difficult and complex cases whether alternative, novel, or creative strategies are required. He has a number of reported cases concerning land disputes and nuisance (contamination) as well as a leading Judicial Review Decision against a Local Authority.
Alex’s practice areas are indicative of his broad and extensive experience in many areas of Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution – including Contractual Disputes; cases against Insurers; Insolvency Litigation; disputes relating to Estates and Inheritance; and a particular focus on matters relating to Land, Property and Boundaries.
Outside of work Alex is the Chairman of Tattenhall Cricket Club and the next manager of Aston Villa Football Club. He enjoys playing sport – particularly Cricket, Golf and Football – and spending time with his twin daughters.
