At Butcher & Barlow LLP we understand the value of a solid and talented workforce. We recruit gifted individuals in order to maintain a professional and efficient service, whilst meeting the needs of our client base.

Despite the fact that we are spread across the region there is a community feel that is promoted across the whole firm. We socialise together on a monthly basis and enjoy a wide range of activities, including theatre trips, ice skating, lunches, golfing, and spa days.

We have an open door policy which promotes a culture of honesty and effective communication. It also supports an environment for the exchange of ideas and processes across departments which has been proven to improve the capability of the firm as a whole.

We also encourage personal development and promotion within the buisness. Our people need to be flexible to meet the ever changing demands placed upon the legal profession, and in order to assist we help employees gain additional qualifications and enhanced status within the firm.

It is our primary aim to foster a cohesive working environment that ensures the success of the firm and our entire work force.

We are always keen to hear from those who feel that they have the qualities that we value.
